Mediation Rate Sheet For 2024-2025

Professional Fees

$7,000 PER DAY (2 PARTIES)
$8,000 PER DAY (3 PARTIES)
$9,000 PER DAY (4 OR MORE PARTIES)

The fee includes preparation, pre-mediation, hearing, and follow-up time of up to 10 hours. Time substantially in excess of 10 hours may be billed at a comparable hourly rate. Mr. Sochynsky is now available to conduct remote mediation via Zoom.

Mediation Cancellation/Postponement Policy

Once a mediation has been scheduled and is postponed, continued, or changed for any reason within 30 days of the scheduled date, a full cancellation fee may be charged unless the scheduled date(s) can be filled with another hearing.
No cancellation fee will be charged if the mediation date is canceled 30 or more days in advance.

Arbitration Rate Sheet For 2024-2025 (Non AAA/ICDR Non-Administered Cases)

Professional Fees

$750/hr. Covering administrative, study, hearing, deliberation, and award-writing time.

Available to arbitrate cases outside the Bay Area without charge for airfare or travel time involving more than four contiguous hearing days.

A hearing cancellation fee may apply depending on number of hearing days reserved.
